Appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2023, Alex joined Magnetic Leasing in 2019 as Chief Operations Officer and has more than 15 years of experience within the aviation industry. Prior to establishing Magnetic Leasing, Alex spent 10 years in various senior finance & fleet roles within airlines across Europe, the Middle East & Asia. Alex holds a Master's Degree in Economics from the University of Edinburgh and acts as Chief Investment Officer for Magnetic Group.
Erikas Zubrus

Erikas Zubrus is the Chief Commercial Officer with a strong background in Economics from Vilnius University; he brings nearly two decades of expertise in the aviation industry. Erikas began his journey in 2006 with various roles at FlyLal. He has held leadership positions, including serving as the CEO of Air Lituanica since 2013, followed by serving as CEO for various airlines in both Europe and Asia. At Magnetic Leasing, Erikas focuses on business development, driving the growth of assets under management, building strategic partnerships, lease management, and expanding the geographic presence for Leasing beyond Europe.
Filip Stanisic
CTO at Magnetic Leasing | Head of Magnetic Engines
Filip Stanisic joined as Chief Technical Officer, with almost 20 years of experience in the leasing, airline, and maintenance industries. During his career, Filip has held a wide range of titles, from sales to senior executive roles at leading MRO companies, including Chromalloy, FL Technics, and, since 2014, Magnetic Group. Filip has a long track record of managing large, multi-national technical teams globally and has established an extensive network with leading engine lessors and OEMs. Filip holds an Honors MSc in Mechanical Engineering and a specialized MA from the University of Belgrade. In addition, Filip also sits as Head of Magnetic Engines, overseeing all engine shop activities and being an integral member of the Group's management board.
